3D photorejuvenation

Our complexion ages due to the influence of external and internal factors and substantial changes happen to our skin. Photoaging is the term dermatologists use to describe a type of aging caused by exposure to the sun’s rays. Furthermore, harmful external influences such as UVA rays penetrate to the deeper skin layers and damage cell structures including collagen, elastin and connective tissues, which provide the hydration of the dermis, tone and flexibility of skin. Wrinkled and tired looking skin with flaccid facial contours is the result of photoaging.

3D concept of PHOTOREJUVENATION is a new concept of non-invasive photorejuvenation with a variety of light sources applied simultaneously during one treatment.
3D concept of photorejuvenation comprises the treatment of the dermis, pars papillaris and the pars reticularis of a deeper layer of the dermis. Each skin layer (epidermis, upper and deep dermis) is considered a unique and individual part, which is treated with a specific light source. The well-known photorejuvenation has not provided such a deep treatment of skin in comparison with the latest and more progressive 3D photorejuvenation. 3D photorejuvenation treats most of the collagen and elastic fibres that can be found in the deeper layers of dermis. The laser induces fibroblast reactivation and stimulates the growth of new collagen.

What results can I expect?

Your skin becomes more toned, firm, with reduced wrinkles and evenly coloured as the laser decreases skin discoloration, removes capillaries and closes pores. Your skin is treated with the cutting-edge lasers such as ILP, Nd:Yag, infrared laser and 3D diode polarized light. The scope of wave lengths, which penetrate your dermis, is from 560nm to 1540nm and more. This treatment will improve the overall appearance of skin even without a scalpel and convalescence. 3D photorejuvenation has become a popular rejuvenating treatment in Western Europe and America.

How many treatments do I need?

The treatment is divided into 5 treatments, a single treatment each 3 weeks, and it takes 20 minutes. A facial treatment, neck or chest takes about 30 minutes. This rejuvenating method can be combined with Botox therapy, filling implants and various peels. 3D photorejuvenation just like other rejuvenation treatments will help men and women to look significantly younger, which will positively influence their healthy self-confidence and mental harmony.

4D photorejuvenization

This is a breakthrough method in the field of skin rejuvenation that uses a new light system of the fractional CO2 laser with a combination of proved laser and IPL rejuvenating techniques. Until now, the intense pulsed light has been widely used during non-ablative photorejuvenation treatment. However, it was not unusual to find out that histological treatments did not correspond with clinical results and a patients’ satisfaction index. For this reason, a new 4D concept of photorejuvenization has been developed.

What is 4D photorejuvenation?

It is a slightly invasive photorejuvenation method with different light sources applied during one treatment. Each skin layer is considered a unique individual part and so it is treated with a specific light source. The advantage of the 4D photorejuvenization is that the epidermis is cooled and thus protected during the treatment. The process enables substantial penetration of the light energy into the skin, where the re-formation of collagen, elastogenesis and neovascularisation (blood circulation) take place. This technique has several benefits in comparison to other surgical treatments. A patient does not have to limit his/her active work life and recovery takes only a few hours. Besides, the skin tone is more compact, pigmented lesions and small veins are removed.

How many treatments do I need?

The 4D photorejuvenization treatment consists of 5 ambulatory sessions. One facial treatment takes around 20 minutes. It is also suitable for a treatment of a neck, decolletage and hands because these body parts are frequently exposed to many climatic changes such as an intensive UV light and naturally, they show the first signs of aging. The treatments are undergone in intervals of 3-4 weeks and they are suitable for men and women from the age of 35.

What is the difference between 3D and 4D photorejuvenation?

The difference between the 3D and 4D photorejuvenation is mainly in the following aspects: 4D photorejuvenization reduces and smoothes deep forehead wrinkles, frown lines, nasolabial folds, Marionette lines and mouth frown lines. The facial contours are firmer. Overall, the skin looks younger; its texture remains very natural in comparison to the results of other ablative, plastic surgery and aesthetic methods.

The therapeutic effects of the following light sources used during the 4D treatment:

  • IPL
  • Nd YAG or infrared laser
  • micro fractional laser
  • diode polarised red light
