Cellulite

“Orange peel syndrome“does not have mercy upon you, therefore, we do not see any reason why you should have mercy upon it. More than 85% of the world’s female population suffers from cellulite.  Buxom women may be more prone to cellulite, but it does not stay away from models either.

Cellulite is a result of degenerative changes in the subcutaneous tissues where “lymphatic drainage” is damaged. It is seen as local lumps of fat cells (adipocytes) and increase in their volume. Factors creating and contributing to cellulite include: bad diet, lack of physical exercise, smoking, hormonal changes, changes in weigh, stress and worsened metabolism of fats

Common but not exclusive areas where cellulite is found are the thighs, buttocks, and abdomen. In these areas the fat cells are organized into thick grape-like tassels, which push into vessels and upper layer of skin. Worsened blood circulation blocks nutrition of cells and also slows down the excretion of waste via the lymphatic ways.

Treatment options

You can undergo both procedures also during the summer when your skin is exposed to solar radiation.
